Hiba Moaswes

Hiba Moaswes is a Palestinian-American artist raised in the UAE. She graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication majoring in Studio Arts from the American University in Dubai. Prior to her undergraduate degree, she won a scholarship to attend the Berklee College of Music summer programme as a drummer. Although she is adept in several types of media, she gravitates towards installation and printmaking. Additionally, she works towards combining her musical abilities within her artwork. Hiba has exhibited her work at Alserkal Avenue and Tashkeel. Currently, she is balancing her career in Fine Arts with marketing for Bond Interiors, an interior fit-out company. Hiba is a member of Tashkeel and recently exhibited in Plastic (2020).
