Traditional Jewellery: Goldsmithing for Beginners

In this course, expert jeweler Lia Staehlin will teach participants how to make a bangle using silver or brass with traditional goldsmithing techniques, such as reticulation and granulation, in combination with resin. The workshop will cover the processes of filing, sawing, and hammering. The aim of the workshop is to experiment with old goldsmithing techniques using modern resin to better understand the foundation of goldsmithing. All materials included.
