How can a photograph communicate an idea more clearly and leave a stronger impression on its audience? In this two-hour critique session, participants are invited to present a selection of their photographs or a photography project in progress to receive constructive feedback and practical guidance from a professional photographer.
Through guided discussion and group review, participants will explore the key elements that contribute to a compelling photograph, including composition, lighting, framing, visual storytelling and technical choices. They will also examine how viewers interpret images and how effectively photographs communicate their intended ideas and messages.
This session offers participants an opportunity to reflect on their photographic practice, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and gain fresh perspectives to refine their work and further develop their projects.
