Mozhdeh Zandieh-Grayson

Mozhdeh is a Dubai-based interdisciplinary visual artist with an MFA from UCA. As a child, her first experience with art became a refuge from the fear of war to the solace of imagination during the Iran war. This early discovery and experiences of contradiction later deeply influenced her artistic expression and exploration of human perception and the sense of the future.

In 2014, Mozhdeh's mixed-media painting gained recognition at a biennale in Paris. Since then, she has been showcased in various art events, awards, and exhibitions internationally. Her large-scale installations are featured in DIFC Art Nights, and her public site-specific installation "HOPE," which aims to dismiss the wall between art and people by taking the installation to public spaces, is her most travelled art installation in the UAE.
