Lujaine Rezk
Lujaine Rizk was trained as an interior designer before becoming a creative producer and researcher. She has worked on projects that observe the natural creations of spontaneous and informal communities in public places as a means to reclaim and belong. This interest in investigating and responding to space, place, community and culture has become the heart of her practice and work. She is currently working with the curators of National Pavilion UAE for the Venice Architecture Biennale 2021 exhibition research and experimentation in addition to managing their ongoing experimentation and exhibition space in Alserkal Avenue. She has previously exhibited at Design Days Dubai, Tashkeel, Amman Design Week, Dubai Design Week, Abwab and at the Victoria and Albert museum.
Lujaine Rezk produced the Mirkaz series as part of her participation in Tanween 2017.
