Asma Al Ahmad
Asma Al Ahmed is a UAE-based Land and Environmental artist who completed her BA Fine Arts from College of Fine Art & Design at the University of Sharjah, mentored by the artist Vincent Leow. Asma is an alumna of the Salama bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Emerging Artists Fellowship (SEAF), cohort of 2015-16, in partnership with Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, USA. She has participated in many exhibitions such as ‘Bayn: The In-Between’ presented by UAE Unlimited (Warehouse 421, 2017) and ‘Re-imagine Your Community’ (Crossway Foundation, London, 2013).
