Ahmed Al Enezi
Ahmed Al Enezi, known professionally as The Contemporary Bedouin, is an Emirati artist,
curator, and cultural strategist based in Abu Dhabi. He is the founder of Contemporary
Bedouin, a practice spanning art, collections, cultural strategy, and narrative development.
His work explores identity, memory, heritage, and future-making through both artistic and
institutional contexts.
Ahmed has advised major corporate collections and held senior Arts & Culture roles at Expo
2020 Dubai, where he led public programming, installations, and visitor experiences. He was
awarded the Expo 2020 Dubai Medal for contributions to arts and culture.
