Summer Camp 2026 (4 - 6 years): Portrait Art

This engaging workshop invites young artists to discover the art of portrait drawing through observation, creativity, and guided drawing techniques. Using reference images, grids, and sketching tools, participants will learn how to break down facial features into simple shapes and proportions before gradually developing detailed portrait drawings. Through a series of practical exercises, they will explore line, form, proportion, shading, and facial expression while building confidence in their artistic abilities. By combining observation with creative interpretation, each participant will create a unique portrait artwork that captures character, personality, and expression.
