The on-going Artists Silver Jewellery workshops provide participants with a social, learning environment in which to learn new skills, meet new people and to design and create several outcomes in silver.
The classes are very 'hands-on' and start with an introduction to materials and basic manufacturing techniques. Guidance is also given in the use of all tools and related health and safety issues.
These skills and techniques are then used to produce a chosen outcome from a range of projects including a ring, a bracelet, and a pair of earrings or a bangle.
