In the Screen-printing on Fabric workshop, participants will learn to develop designs for two methods of image reproduction: the first from cut paper stencils and the second through screen exposure.

The workshop will discuss designs and colour separations and also consider the best route for each design. Further, the workshop will explore a variety of fabrics and the application of different print mediums including pigments, sueding, embossing, foils and devore.

By the end of the course participants will be competent with the equipment in the print room; be able to design and develop ideas for print; to consider various fabrics and mediums and to take this further into their own practice.

More information about the workshop's sessions is available upon request.

Note: Workshop fees are non refundable.

Tashkeel will supply basic materials required for workshop exercises. Participants must purchase any additional materials used.
