Turn a tote bag into a canvas for graphic expression in this hands-on printing workshop with Tashkeel. Discover the portable RISO A4 Screen Maker and explore how screen-making technology connects with the tactile process of printing by hand.
Through guided demonstrations, you’ll discover how the machine prepares screens, then explore image placement, colour and composition on a reusable tote bag. Learn to position your screen, apply fabric ink and pull a print, creating a distinctive tote that brings your creativity into everyday use. No previous printmaking experience is required.
Why Join This Workshop?
Explore the connection between graphic design and textile printing while creating something you can use and wear. This practical workshop offers an accessible introduction to screen printing, giving you the chance to experiment with fabric inks and personalise your own reusable tote bag.
