Realistic Portrait Charcoal Workshop Series

Unlock your artistic potential in this intensive three-day portrait masterclass with artist Bassem Boules.

Through hands-on instruction, participants will learn the step-by-step process of creating lifelike portraits using charcoal, graphite, and white pastel on toned paper.

The workshop will focus on understanding facial structure, proportions, and the subtle play of light and shadow that brings depth and realism to a portrait.

Participants will explore techniques for capturing expression, texture, and mood — developing both their technical precision and artistic sensitivity.

By the end of the masterclass, you’ll have the skills and confidence to create compelling, realistic portraits that truly come to life on the page.
