The workshop will be focused on providing development of skills to photograph and catalogue artwork for archival, commercial and social media use. The presentation-based talk will include discussing the struggles of documenting art, basic understanding of photography required to build a strong foundation to photograph art at a professional level, tips and tricks to have successful images, understanding light and colour and how to edit the images. The students will be required to photograph one work of art that will then be analysed together to improve on their skillset.
