Developed while studying a Textile MA at the Royal College of Art, Fay McCaul's practice has continued to grow since she founded my studio in 2012.
She remains inspired by many things - particularly photography that captures reflected or refracted light. She is also drawn to artists and designers renowned for working with metallic finishes, such as Gustav Klimt.

Led by London-based resident artist Fay McCaul, this workshop is about designing and creating a geometric wall hanging. Participants will experiment with traditional textile processes, in particular foil and sublimation printing. They will then design their own patterns and print on laser-cut plywood. These plywood tiles will be linked together to make individual geometric artworks.
