DDW 18: Collaboration for Emerging Designers

What collaboration is (and isn't!). Collaboration can reap rewards such as exploration of unfamiliar materials / processes, new products, access to new markets, increased profile and experience of working with others. This workshop will support emerging designers to consider how to best approach collaboration and understand the skills of a collaborator to work effectively with others to optimise the benefits of this creative opportunity and get the best results. Packed with exercises, the workshop will draw on case studies from Tashkeel's Tanween design programme.
