Her passion for Traditional Islamic Arts is as strong as her cup of tea in the morning and she strongly believes that tradition is one of the key elements for us and how it’s kept safe and passed down from generation to generation and should be treated well. She has been learning about Islamic Arts for the better part of the last decade, the great masters have done so much and left us such great material to learn and evolve from. A Communication Design graduate from the Visual Studies Department at University of Karachi and a merit holder from Sindh Board of Technical Education. Certified from The Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts, London in collaboration with VMCTA and certified from DeenArts in the art of Traditional Scripts of Calligraphy & Tezhip. She has earned her Ijaza from the calligraphy master Ustaad Shahryan Shah. Recently conducted a workshop at Ithra Academy, KSA, 2 consecutive years at Sikka Art Festival and previously an online workshop for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi and multiple workshops at Alserkal Avenue.
