Shiena Fenol

Shiena Fenol is a multidisciplinary artist and designer who holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and Design. With a diverse background spanning visual arts, design, and education, her creative journey bridges both traditional and digital mediums. Her professional experience includes designing backgrounds and characters for online games, alongside cultivating artistic growth in children, youth, and adults.
For over five years, Shiena led an independent art studio in the Philippines, where she mentored aspiring artists from around the world—fostering creativity, technical skill, and artistic confidence across cultures. Currently, she serves as Studio Coordinator at Tashkeel, contributing to the development of dynamic arts programming, collaborates with instructors, and facilitating a wide range of hands-on creative workshops that inspire artistic exploration and community engagement.
