Rawdha Alhosani
Rawdha Alhosani is an Abu Dhabi–born multidisciplinary designer with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Interior Design from Zayed University. Her practice explores the relationship between culture, materiality, and modern design through a thoughtful and process-driven approach. She currently works at the National Pavilion UAE – La Biennale di Venezia as a Communications Coordinator, contributing to exhibitions, publications, and programming. Her experience spans design, communications, marketing, and project coordination through internships with the National Pavilion UAE in Venice, Sami Angawi Architects in Jeddah, and ADNOC Logistics and Services in Abu Dhabi. A summer course on Branding in Architecture in Venice further expanded her understanding of design identity and storytelling. A finalist in the House of Artisans Design Competition, Rawdha developed Modular Harmony—a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional majlis seating that reflects her interest in craftsmanship, function, and cultural dialogue. Her work continues to evolve around material exploration and the translation of heritage into modern contexts.
