Myrtille Ronteix

Myrtille Ronteix is a French artisan designer. She grew up in a family of artists and craftsmen where she learnt the core traits of craftsmanship; patience and rigorousness. After her studies at École Supérieure d’Arts Graphiques (ESAG), a leading graphic design and communication school in France, she worked for more than ten years as an art director in Paris. On her arrival in Dubai in 2013, she decided to realise a long-standing project to work with ceramic and created Atelier Monochrome to reconnect with her passion and craftsmanship heritage. During her five years in Dubai, Myrtille has worked on several collaborations and exhibitions in places dedicated to art and design.
Myrtille Ronteix produced 'Insight Out' and 'Table Runner' as part of her participation in the Tanween 2018.
