Learn the basics of digital photography and some of the secrets of visual storytelling in the form of documentary photography.
In this workshop students will learn the basic technical and aesthetic aspects of photography. This will also include guidance on how to approach and frame your subject as well as specific assignments with visual story telling at its core.
In the final session of this workshop students will learn the basics of digital editing and have an opportunity to print their final image using the large format printers in Tashkeel.
At the end of this workshop, students will have both the technical ability and personal insight needed to tell a beautiful story through photographs.
Students are encouraged to use the studio once their teaching hours are complete.
