Membership is subject to assessment. Tashkeel reserves the right to decline.
Membership is non-transferable and access cards are subject to a charge if lost.
Membership fees paid are non-refundable.
Members visiting Tashkeel Nad Al Sheba are required to sign in at Front Desk and swipe access card.
Members are expected to respect the needs and privacy of others.
Members should provide their own consumable materials and supplies.
Members are permitted to use facilities/equipment subject to the successful completion of an induction session led by a member of the Tashkeel team
Booking of selected facilities/equipment may be done through the switchboard.
From time to time, studios and galleries will be closed to members for maintenance/workshops.
Members are requested to leave areas tidy. All unwanted items should be removed.
Tashkeel should not be used as a business address.
Tashkeel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury.
Members are charged for damages incurred at Tashkeel through incompetence or negligence.
Members agree to respect the cultural sensitivities and laws of the UAE.
Dress should be in accordance with the cultural sensitivities and laws of the UAE.
Alcohol is not permitted on Tashkeel premises at any time.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas outside.
Food should not be eaten in studios. Please use the kitchen/lounge provided.
Except in the event of an emergency, members may not use Tashkeel telephones.
Tashkeel will not be held liable for interruptions of services (i.e. water, electricity, WIFI, etc) which are beyond its control.
Failure to uphold the terms and condition of membership may result in cancellation.
For the moving of large/heavy items in/out of Tashkeel (Nad Al Sheba), trolleys are available upon request. Tashkeel’s cleaning team are unable to provide assistance.
