Dhabiya Al Remithi
Dhabiya Al Remeithi was born in Al Ain and lives in Abu Dhabi. She holds a BA in Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts and Design, University of Sharjah. Her interest is to explore things that are related to her and the relation to her surroundings; focusing on subjects that concern the human mind, emotions, ways of communication and expression. Her work is mostly the result of research and experimentation. Recently, she has been dealing with notions of memory and how they are translated by the human mind and reflected through photography, video installation and sculpture. Dhabiya is a member of Tashkeel.
