Óskar Hallgrímsson is an Icelandic Photographer with 12 years experience working with clients such as Der Spiegal, BBC and Mens Weekly and as the photo editor at the Reykjavik Grapevine from 2004 -2008. Óskar grew up and spent most of his former years in Iceland where he was lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful landscapes and had access to 24hours of natural light during the summer. This enabled Óskar to explore and experiment with his photography further as well as develop his documentary work with assignments from around the world. Óskar’s photos capture moments, people and places; he is an experienced documentary photographer with plenty to share.
