كريس ويفر

Chris Weaver is a sound artist and audio hardware hacker, whose works and live performances range from Glastonbury to The Wellcome Trust. A founder member of the electro-acoustic ensemble Oscillatorial Binnage. He has performed with musicians as diverse as Knut Aufermann, Luke Fowler, Lepke B., and John Paul Jones. He also works as Production manager at London's first radio art station, Resonance104.44FM as well the musical director of the station's radio orchestra. Recent broadcasts include the 5-hour live radio-art work “Suspension of Belief” for musicians, text and rock climber and “Overhead” (both in collaboration with Ed Baxter) commissioned by Arika for the Kill Your Timid Notion Festival 2010. Chris was named by the British Academy of Songwriters as 'Sonic Artist of the Year' in 2013.
