Saggaf Al Hashmi

Saggaf Al Hashmi is a self-taught artist born in 1983 in Al Ain city, UAE. He has always been intrigued by the beauty of UAE culture, Islamic and Arabic aspects. Saggaf uses a drawing technique that mostly merges lines to construct his drawings and paintings. He has been commissioned in the UAE and Gulf countries to create various artworks such as murals and large canvas paintings. His works have been featured in numerous exhibitions such as Emirati Expressions and Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) as well as at venues including DAFZA, Abu Dhabi University, Al Ain University, UAE University, Sharjah University, Du HQ and others. Artworks reside with private collectors and organisations such as the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, Martyr’s Families’ Affairs Office, Government of Dubai Media Office, Brand Dubai, Dubai Culture, Abu Dhabi Cultural Foundation and UAE Embassies.
