Dina Yazbak is a food nerd who accidentally discovered her passion for food when she went on maternity leave, & realised that she was happiest in her kitchen, cooking, reading about food & writing about it. She was born & brought up in Dubai, & went on to study Government at the London School of Economics, followed by a Masters in International Development & Communications. Throughout her career she has specialised in Digital Marketing, starting at a technology start- up in London, followed by OgilvyOne (the digital arm of the international advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather), pay-TV network Showtime, before making a complete change & ending up in charge of Fundraising for UNICEF in the Gulf. She is currently working as a food consultant & recipe developer with Manoushe Street, she has also launched her own F&B concept, The Good Bowl in 2019. On a good day, she can be found hiding from her husband & three children in her kitchen, cooking, baking & working on her food & travel writing, under the pseudonym Pyjamas in the Kitchen (www.pyjamasinthekitchen.com), @pyjamasinthekitchen
